From AFC Ajax to Lazio to Inter Milan to AFC Ajax

We are proud to present Aron Winter, former international football midfielder and current assistant coach of the AFC Ajax, starring as one of the POSSEN Heroes.

We remember a wonderful afternoon in a bar in Coconut Grove, Miami - filled with Brazilian soccer fans - where we watched how Aron scored the 2 - 2 against Brazil in the quarter-finals of the 1994 FIFA World Cup.

Aron looks back at a very successful first career as a midfielder for Ajax (winner UEFA Cup), Lazio, Internazionale (winner UEFA Cup), and the Dutch national team (European Championship in ‘88).

Now he scores with his second career as a coach for Toronto FC, the National Dutch Under-19 squad, the Ajax Under-19 squad and currently the astonishing Ajax 1.
